Want2BFit's Notizen, 08 Mrz 10

Ahhh, getting adjusted has taken its toll on me and my schedule. I gained 4lbs since I moved, and I'm not too sad about it. It sucks, yes, but I'm glad it happened b/c if I got on the scale today and it said something good I wouldn't have been too motivated to get back on track. I have gotten only one Insanity workout in since I moved, and my eating has been all over the place. I'm actually at a weird point b/c for some reason I'm having a hard time getting back on track, it makes no sense either since I literally have 8 workouts left. I put in 50+ days and then I decide to stop! You don't get to the last mile of a marathon and just stop, you're supposed to dig deeper, right? The weather is great though and thats motivating as well.

I think I may have to shift my focus a little back onto sticking to a diet. I change diets literally every 12 hours at times. So, I'm thinking I'll put my priority in journaling, planning my meals, and being aware of when I'm eating. This weekend I was eating out of boredom, which I haven't done in a while. Pre-Insanity I was intermittent fasting with relative ease. Then I started this crazy cardio workout and it totally ignited my metabolism b/c I was ravenous all the time.

Since I haven't finished my Insanity yet, I haven't brought P90X which is/was to be my follow up program. I still have two other programs that I purchased for Christmas (RevAbs Full Throttle, and Brazil Butt Lift) so I'm not sure if I should mix one of those with another round of Insanity, or order P90X.

Oh, and did you guys find the recipe for Sassy water? Great stuff, I swear its helped relieve the bloating b/c I've been eating massive amounts of food, gained and it doesn't look like it, and I have an overly critical eye :)

Well, you have a good reason for having interrupted your progress. Moving is one of the most stressful things that we can go through. I had a great uncle that used to say that three "movings" were equal to one earthquake. :-) Give yourself time and you will get your groove back.

That's the great part about coaching, I have to lead by example. I got some new workouts that I'm looking forward to trying tonight, you know I love to change things up, Cathy :). I went back to a low carb diet that I know leaves me fulfilled and satisfied. I'm hoping the carb cravings were just a result of the weather/lack of sunlight. I'm going to have to invest in some Vitamin D supplements, and just overall sunlight! :) Yay for Spring! ~Thanks for the advice Information, I think there's a lot of truth to that. This is my third move in 4 years, its stressful and overwhelming. I'm getting my stuff in order though and actually looking forward to my workout tonight. Enjoy the weather!: )
