Still at 139 this morning, hoping to stay in the 130s. I had been at 140 for so long I was afraid I would pop back up, but so far so good. DH is improving daily, tho still has a long road ahead of him. It will be 1 week tomorrow since his knee replacement and he is walking around the house without a walker already. He is amazing!
