I used2bthin2. haha. I want you to know that you are not alone. I just started. I lost about 10 or so pounds, but started back sliding during the holidays. Now that is over, I want to get back on track lose some more. I want to lose about 90 more pounds. I am in the National Guard, so my job depends on it. BUT PLEASE stay movitated. I will keep up with your progress to keep my self motivated. If you start slacking, then the consiquences is - I may start slacking. So don't slack.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Drink lots of pure water, nothing added to make it taste better.
Buy a box of Akins Shakes in case of emergency. Sometimes you are at home with no low-carb foods, and you get hungry. If this happens drink the shake.
Also, for the first few weeks - welcome the hunger pains. It means that you are controlling your belly, and your belly is not controlling you.
