Had a good ride on the trainer this morning - just did a steady state ride. Yesterday did the Spinnervals power sprint intervals. The weather and work really got me down yesterday but today will be a better day! I think I need some new clothes therapy. Yesterday I was wearing my fat pants which are now baggy and disgusting looking and I think that contributed to my bad mood - they have got to GO! Oh, and I weighed in at 147.5 this morning, down 1 pound. I'm not going to record it yet, in case it is just a fluctuation.

Nice drop on the scale...! Sounds like a good workout too! Nicer weather is coming...sure as the sun rises and sets...It's dificult to be patient for it tho...DO toss the baggy pants...when we look good - we feel good and it sounds like those pants and u have *issues*...lol Have a great Tuesday....hugggs

Yes, ditch the pants!!! Retail therapy is just what you need. Celebrate your loss and get rid of the fat clothes - they WILL not fit you again. Hope the -1lb is permanent and you can record tomorrow. You are on a roll.
