Ive made a decision. As much as i try not to weigh myself every day I guess old habits die hard and I end up weighing in every morning. Its demoralising when it stays the same every morning and makes you feel like giving up all too often. I have given my sacles to my mum who is keeping them safe for me, and i will weigh in every 2 weeks when i go to see her. Ive cheated way too much this week although if im honest its not like ive gine back to my old habbits and im still eating healthily most of the time.
Wish me luck, i really hope the antisipation of weighing in only at set times (and infront of my mum, she's the 1 person I hate to dissapoint!) will spur me on to do well each week.

I know the feeling of weighing in.I was doing that everyday as well ,now I only do it when I go to weight watcher's on a Tuesday.I too was on a lot of meds for many years and need and want to look like me.You have my support and I wish you well on your lifestyle change.

That scale can definently put make a person feel like giving up, when in fact changes really are going on the scale just isn't showing it! I like to go by trying on clothes that are maybe a little to tight now, but I keep trying them on everyother Friday. And when they fit, it is great! I also weigh in every Friday morning and chart it in a book. I hope this help you out some. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU ON YOUR JOUNEY! Keep up you efforts, they WILL pay off!!!
