Getting back on track after gaining 2 lbs on a 3 week vacationing Japan countryside. So many large breakfasts and dinners at Inns (Ryokans) Trying to eat more simple meals while my wife is still away teaching which is hard to do without her moderating input. Jet lag is crazy.🙃
