Oh..Today.. I did eat something today that I hadn't planned on.. I was a little high in the carb dept. I think it is still LEAPS and Bounds better than I used to..
B: large cup of Coffee w/Xylitol, Sugar Free creamer, milk. scrambled eggs w/spinach & green peppers.
S: Tangerine
L: 1/2 Turkey Bacon Chobatta sandwich(no mayo, I did take the bread off for the last couple bites), 1/2 Chicken Asian Salad, Dressing on the side, w/grilled chicken instead of fried from Applebees (I avoided most of the noodles on it).
D: Bowl of Chili, Made w/ extra beans, and Turkey meat and extra tomatoes.
S: Mug of Coffee.. Made as above.
E: None yet.. I may play some with my DDR.. But I don't know yet.
