on two days i did morning chiken breast and lunch apple and then for dinner i did chiken breast as well with a 16oz cup water before each meal and after each meal and a coffe at night or morning, i noticed i lost 2 pound every day i did that.

now today 4-19-12
i did chicken breast for breakfast, lunch and dinner with two cups every meal and a coffe mid day, i hope i loose the same i fell so good that i am almost at my goal weight.

by may 5 i should be at 110 or at least 115 how even i fell confortable i dont want to be extreamly skinny eather then after that P90X. my goal is to have a 6 pack and i will get it by my birth day i will be having the best body i have ever had. GO LETY YOU CAN DO IT YOU ARE ALMOST THERE.
