Ok, so here's the run down . . .
I'm going back home in 74 days from today. And I'm kinda nervous about it. Because you know how it goes - family always sees the worst in us - and forgets about the best parts.
So I am going to be working extra hard on loosing weight before then. I haven't seen most of my family for two years. And I don't want a "wow" reaction when we do meet - I am doing this for myself at the end of the day. I just don't want to be seen as the fat sister/ daughter anymore. I'm sick of it.
So yeah. 73 days. I wonder what I can do with 73 days?

I know what you mean. My grandmother is brutally honest, she one time said "wow, you've put on some weight, haven't you? look at that tummy" thanks grandma...
73 is a good amount of time, just stick to it and keep your goal in mind. When I have goals like that I put post its around the house to keep me focused! Good luck!

You can do a whole lot in 73 days! That should motivate you to push yourself harder than you ever have. You do want that "WOW" ... just in the other direction! Knock em' dead, LOL... YOU CAN DO THIS! Remember.. YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!!!!!! My Granny used to be so honest with me that if it would have been ANYONE else, I probably would have run out of the house crying, LOL... Think about what you've just journaled (or come back and read this) everytime you feel like giving up or cheating .. Show em' what you are made of!!! Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!

I know! Isn't it exciting? It's like a little goal with kind of a different motivation within a huge goal.
I'm really going for it. It will be good for me.
