I am on the plan and need to lose 11 more pounds so I am HERE with you! I just restarted phase 1 today. The detox shouldn't be too bad for me cause I have stayed away from the white food for awhile. It is really the one cup of coffee that I don't want to give up... But I will to get myself started to lose weight again. time to go have my cranwater! Good luck tomorrow... I will be here if you need me to help you avoid temptations! chris

Hi, I'm grace. I am starting tomorrow if I can get to the plan tonight. I really do need a pal or 2 to give me the push to stay on this plan. See you here tomorrow.
