It's been a tough 4 months healthwise, with husband's broken ankle healing much too slowly. He's much better, but has lost a lot of oomph. So have I. Cooking healthy meals went by the wayside. I didn't gain weight but got back to eating far too many carbs. Not good for my type 2 diabetes. And with carbs I just didn't feel as well--more tired, not a calm tummy. Looking back, I could have done better, but the point is...I'm back on track! Hope you are all doing okay. I will catch up on my reading of your posts soon.
