I have been blending a mixture of greens to make a juice like drink, I mix about 4 or 5 oz. of this green mixture with about 2 or 3 oz. of a vegetable juice, I drink a 8 oz glass of this every morning, I don't know the nutrinal breakdown of the greens but I don't think the calories are very high.
