I'm only down 300 grams since yesterday. Not THAT bad, but not as much as expected, especially for a Saturday. I'm out with Wife, so this will be a brief journal and weigh-in. I did good on avoiding snacks again yesterday, and I will so again today. No Indulgence Day for me. I want to do good and save my splurging for the party tomorrow. And then, I'm still not gonna go crazy. I will do my best to look good, but do right and stay in control. Happy Saturday! Life is good!
