So im really proud of myself when i was in the airport i had a salad and then went to buy a big bag of chocolaty things because i was really craving but i stopped myself last minute and settled for a little thing of 3 froerer roche(sp) which are much better tasting and theres less, also on my 8 hour bus ride the next day i opted for sugar free candies to suck on instead of crisps or something, so far have been eating good in norway, and have been getting some good excercise in am going to weigh myself on sunday i think so hopefully its gonna pay off, also might have got a job here which would mean i could stick to my new diet without getting caught out by the old habits in leicester.

Thanks i got the job and celebrated with sweets but im not gna beat myself up about it because its only something little, yeah its nice to have a fellow brit, also my boyfriend has decided to eat healthily so that should make things a little easier :)
