Finally, time for an entry -
I have been down in the dumps going nowhere , but I was trying new things - I have to do that or will get bored and then you know what happens -
Yesterday - I was successful in the following - I followed Atkins and it easy to do -
I was so bloated that I didn't eat breakfast - I drank water in the morning
For lunch I had chinese buffet , fish (not fried) , 2 bowls hot sour soup (small), broccoli, tomatoes and cucumber in italian dressing (little bit), chicken steamed with hot sauce - 1200 calories estimated , I will say that to be real -
Dinner - Salad with ranch dressing - 400 calories - Chicken with bryants bbq sauce, the 4 gram carb and sugar for 8 tablespoons - 1/2 cup pickles (vinegar is a great tool, acid cutter, bad cholesterol fighter ) and a tomato with salt and pepper - 500 calories estimated
Bad things - pepsi 1 only 32 ounces and no excercise - Doing desk work now for a while -
I will do before after pictures shortly but want everyone , Retta Smith, jellibean, and everyone one else get all of their proper congratulations , which they deserve -
Murph gave us a scare, I am glad you were ok .
Today , so far ,this morning I had 2 hard boiled eggs - 200 calories - I am staying away from the cheese, fried eggs, butter, oil right now - I got so bloated with cheese and the salt , I am not doing that -
For lunch, I have had shrimp with garlic, broccoli and cauliflower mix - 700 calories
I got a tomato and 1/2 cucumber for a snack today -
There is a lot of action going on out there - Way to go for greenies, and even if success is not there at the moment for the reddies, persistence will pay off because it is a lifestyle change and adjustment - I had a bad past week but I just started eating better, and it is righted itself within a day and a half -
I plan to support everyone the next couple of days - I am going through stress right now and trying to do all of the right things -
If I don't post tonight , I will talk to you tomorrow with updates on today's eating and exercise and weight loss -
