I finished up week 3 of the Extreme Fat Smash and then this week have just been trying to eat healthy as best I can. I need to get to the store tonight though so I have food this week! Greg finally got a plane ticket and is coming home April 28-May 4. Only 5 weeks and 3 days, but who's counting?! I'm so excited!
Also, we're done with our field work so no more exercise as work. It's onto lab work, which is sitting down or standing up at a sink all day. So my goal now is to start exercising before work by taking the dogs for a walk as a warm up and then doing one of the Turbo Jam DVDs I have. I was thrilled to see that 114.6 on the scale this morning, hopefully it sticks!
