I started one week ago today and when I weighed in I had lost 9 pounds. I know alot of that is water weight, but it just doesn't matter to me as it has given me the push I need. I have been doing the treadmill daily and after only a week can run/jog a 1/4 mile. I walk the other 3/4 mile. This week I want to increase my walking by at least a 1/4 mile and work towards running 1/2 mile.
