I fell off of the wagon so hard this weekend that I still have a bump on my head. I had 1 1/2 glasses of wine, which made me totally sick with a horrible headache, and 2 pieces of greek pizza. I feel horrible for doing this. Oh well, Operation Hot Body is back on today!

Gittin' back up in that saddle and RIDING LIKE THE WIND is what it's all about... you CAN DO THIS!! You have to plan ahead, and decide that you are worth it, that you do DESERVE to get to your goal... NOTHING TASTE AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS!!! YAYAYAYA! lol =D
