Yesterday we had a family celebration and I gave in to some bread, then later some popcorn. Today I have the biggest carb hangover!!! You'd a thought I'd drank a bottle of scotch or something :-/ Note to self...it just ain't worth it

It ain't worth it. My problem if I get too many carbs is a water retention rebound, which takes a week or more to get over. Think I'd rather have the headache.
