Looks like I started this about a week ago. I am hanging in there. I keep thinking about the clothes that I am pushing myself into. It's almost too late! This change will get me back on track.
I think that this is a "all your life thing for some of us". thats ok. So far I have done it. And, at this time of my life, I am grateful. Not too many aches and pains. Well, good luck partners! And, just say NO!
