I was so excited when I went to record a new "food" ( more like a supplement) and discovered it was already in the list! I have been using Young Living essential oils since last June and am slowly adding in some of their nutritional supplements. The Ningxia Red was already in the list. I added the MindWise supplement. Excited to see how much improvement I will see in the next few months. Not so much for weight loss, just overall health.
