Holding steady - that's the plan - last night I had unmentionables - ice cream cake - 1 slice - Pepsi one
- By the way diet soda Pepsi one , Coke Zero and diet Mountain Dew are my crutches if you will - beer , none this week but bud select - no wine because it has more sugar and I whine after I drink it - LOL
I had leftover dry pork ribs ( sauce drives my weight up and I like natural meat flavor ) heated up in seared butter last night - If I had it , leftover bacon grease - good for lean meat cooking also -
Yummy in my tummy - calories burning - eat ice cream if they do , don't eat if I'm going north in weight.-
Split for breakfast and lunch , I had Cajun Walleye grilled, double salad with ranch - green beans - seared garlic butter shrimp tonight with broccoli - tea , water - bought Girl Scout cookies , might have a couple -
One last thought, if you love a bad food , it don't hurt to smell it. Sometimes that will get rid of the craving especially when u are full - try that -
