If you are following WW, you must follow the plan as written or you may not lose properly. You must eat all your daily points every day. Your 35 flex points and activity points are optional (but many people lose better if they eat all or some of those flex points). You should get in your water (helps flush out sodium). Get in your HG's (healthy guidelines)which include lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies. Watch out for too many processed foods (like frozen dinners) because they have a lot of sodium. Some people are more sensitive to sodium than others. If you can, get in some exercise. Even walking or dancing around your house can help. Try to at breakfast, even something small can help jump start your metabolism. Eat it at 10am if you can't stomach something too early. Good luck~

One thing that really worked for me when I first started WW is instead of telling myself I couldn't have certain things I just started to add in good things... Like I started out making sure I got a piece of fresh fruit or vegetable with every meal... and slowly I started craving the bad things less. Over time my eating became very clean. Also as someone who exercises a lot, if you do make sure you get in a good amount of protein, this helps your muscles with recovery and will help your body feel less tired with exercising. I wouldn't focus on that as much as on keeping to the points, but it would help. :)
