For the last 3 weeks I have been watching my eating and making myself get out of that bed in the mornings, pressing play on my exercise dvds and although I am proud of myself for doing it, I’m seeing some firming, but the scale hasn’t budged. My friend told me about fatsecret and I think this is the missing key. I’m not aware of the calories I’m taking in! Today is day 1 ... not one day! I had downloaded my fitness pal, but found it too frustrating to use. This program seems very friendly.
