Tried one of my newer WATP dvds today... the one mile express instead of her one mile that comes with her book. Strangely, it was easier, because my hips didn't start to hurt. And it used a stretchie band at the end, too. I might take it with me to my mom's later if I go over, or I might do it again in a little bit. I'm not sure yet.

I'm actually really tired even though I got up around noon (I couldn't sleep last night and finally managed to pass out around 4.) First thing I did after taking a shower was to pop in my dvd! So I'm kind of proud of myself, because I'm a huge procrastinator.

I really do need some kind of pick me up though. Maybe I can make a cup of cocoa or something in a little bit, before I fall asleep.

I'm proud of you also then! Once you start taking those first steps, then do it again, and again, it will easier and easier, but that feeling "proud" will only get more strong! Great start!
