Ok, so I'm taking half the amount of pain meds for my back as I used to and for sure I will be joining the gym again tomorrow...treadmill--here I come! I'm so happy about this :) I bought the Prevention magazine with and the Biggest Loser workouts in it, and I think they all look relatively back friendly so I'm pumped to get myself firmed up.
