can't believe I'm 4lb away from getting back to my lightest weight. it's been so stressful recently with it being my final year at university. I've got my dissertation to finish, another assignment to do and then exams coming up. also job opportunities and interviews and the potential to move 1 hour away or 5/ 6 hours away for work, depending on which job I choose. to top it off I was ill all last week with a cold. if I can just loose these 4lb and keep it off I can think about re focusing on my actual goal of losing another 13lb and being right in the middle of my healthy bmi rather than near the top end. onwards and downwards 😀
