make yourself infused (detox) water.. put 1lemon (whole, sliced) cucumber, grated or sliced ginger and 10 mint leaves in a 2L bottle and let it infuse over night. enjoy ur water for the rest of the day.

Interval running. Melts the fat away. It is a myth that you lose fat over the area you train, your whole body must be in fat burning mode. So watch the carbs, hit the gym for some limb shape and run and jog or run and walk intervals. Go for it!

Where we store our extra fat is very dependent on our genetics - some of us store more in the limbs , others in the stomach. So with a clean diet (not exceeding your daily caloric limit) and increased physical activity, you will naturally lose weight, but unfortunately in your case the tum will be the last to go! Leg lifts and throws. Lie flat on back and grab a friends ankles who is standing at your head. Lift both legs up towards your friend. Griend will throw your feet back to the floor. You have to stop your feet from touching the floor. Then lift again, throw again.

It isn't possible. You can't reduce fat in only one area, you can only reduce your overall body fat. There is plenty of free weight loss info in scoobysworkshop.com

Go search for Mike Matthews, Read one of his books, follow him on twitter and listen to his podcasts, and you will be equipt for the rest of your life. This book change my life completely. I am now not loosing weight, but fat!! i feel great everyday and my sleep keep on improving everyday. I have gained tremendous amount of strentgh and only looking forward to what is to come. You wont regret investing your time in reading his book.

Dear Liendempers, use either google playstore or itunes, hes book is on both these platforms. I listen to his podcast daily when commuting to work. He still changing my life each day.
