Today is Day 3 of cycle 2 for EFS. I am really doing well. The only part I am unable to completely commit to is getting all the exercise in. I still am unable to power-walk with my injury but the eliptical machine works miracles. I can stay on that thing for an hour, but my daughter gets bored. So I am averaging about 40min of exercise a day. I figure something is better than nothing. Today is a rest day, and you better believe I'm taking full advantage of it! You are doing great...as long as you are getting in some exercise that is all that matters! Eventually you will be able to get in both sessions. I am the same way though, I get in about 30 to 45 mins at lunch time and then in the evening I just don't get motivated to do more...I guess I consider playing softball as exercise and I do that 4 nights a week. Your doing great none the less, keep it up!

I love elliptical! Does your gym have pool? That way it can be easier on you injuries? (Again, I don't know what it is...so I wasn't sure if swimming is a good choice)
