Interesting:-
I've reduced my exercise routine slightly, by about a 1/3 of the usual total calorie burn per day, set my goal to the weight to be maintained and despite the calorie deficit, which should still be resulting in a noticeable daily weight reduction, the weigh-in has held at exactly the goal weight for 3 days straight.
I wonder if there's an element of bio-feedback control going on here???
