I started on Monday and have dropped 2 lbs since then. I can feel the difference. I am hoping to drop 8 more lbs. by the second week of August.

Congrats on previous weight loss and keep it up. I have lost 40 from previous diets and am trying to drop the last 30 so it is possible it is just slow and steady.

I think one of my biggest mistakes was eating high fat foods. I've recently started to buy the skinless chicken, fat free milk, lean pork and although I haven't seen a dramatic change on the scale I definetely see the inches coming off. Everyone at work can too.
