I'm from West Sussex and will be 58 years young this year :) Oh and I got married in April last year and lost loads of weight for that but I'm right back where I started because I've just been lazy since then :(! I work full time but use my brain waaay more than my legs and I love food and drink but do not like the way I look at the moment as I hate that 'middle aged spread' feeling which is back again - so here I am again and this time I'm not stopping when I reach my goal weight...I'll carry on using this as a tool to keep it off!!
