Attempting to gain weight eating clean, mostly pesc/vegetarian foods and weight lifting at home. Meat mondays and cheatmeal thursdays :p
Current goals
Gain 10kg in clean bulk
Work out how much weight to drop to look leaner.
It's a fun journey but my body decided to not want to tolerate dairy, eggs or gluten last year so hit some challenges along the way.
Who would have thought it's so hard to drink water?
