Hi my name is Lori and I'm a single mom of three. I am 44 years old and have never been able to follow a diet before, always give up within the first week! I'm very proud to say its been almost 3 and I've lost 7 lbs so far 19 lbs to go! I loved to eat and loved my coke! I've given up soda for the first time in my life and i dont miss it, Crazy!!!
