I love food. However, up until this point I have let food and it's effects on my body rule my life, bringing shame and guilt.

I am a young mother of one, sweet boy. I've been married, happily, for 3.5 years now. I love spending time with these two guys in my life and when I am not doing that I am a graphic designer, love painting, and volunteering with the organization, Young Life. All of these and life in general keep me busy! Constantly thinking about food really gets in the way.

I don't want my love of food to change, but I do want how I feel about my body to become more positive and healthy. I want my obsession with food/body image/exercise to lose it's grasp on my life or rather I want to loosen my grasp on it.
