Im looking to lose a good 15-20 pounds not just to look good but to feel good. I want to stop taking high blood pr. Pills and i NEED to lower my chol. So i dont have to drink pills :O
Im trying to eat as healthy as i can but being Puerto Rican its not easy :-)
Im not working out yet due to that i just dont have the time right now but im hoping that once all the kids are back to school i can have some alone time and work out:-)
