I'm a 58 year old woman who enjoys life and living to the fullest. However, with a few bumps along the way, this has interfered with my daily regime of exercise, diet and healthy living. Over the last 4 years, unfortunately I have gained 35 pounds triggered by an onset of stress and health issues.
