I'm 26 and relatively healthy per my latest physical! :)

HOWEVER, I love sweets and need to give this up. I enjoy running most of the time, but I get lazy and need to stay motivated. I have gained 20 pounds since high school. I don't think I need to be that skinny again, but I would like to lost 12 pounds in the next few months, and then I'd like to maintain that. I want to do this the healthy way, because I want this to be long term and a way of life. If I could pick, which I know I can't, I want to lose the weight off my face and waist, so yea, let's see if that happens.

I'm really glad to have stumbled upon fatsecret, because since I'm petite, people think it's bizarre that I want to lose weight, but they don't see the muffin top that's baking under my shirt...or maybe they do... so hopefully I can get the motivation and communal support through this site. :)
