Hello all. I am back here just to continue what I started back in June 2017. I realize that I am responsible for the outcome of my progression to loose weight or do I play the loose some gain some game. I have lost 17 pounds by eating vegetables, fruit, beans, whole grains, whole wheat, about 85 ounces of water daily and 60 to 75 minutes of exercise 5 times a week. Of course none of that would benefit me if I reward myself with FOOD. So here I am and I completely own and admit to my behavior around food in whatever setting. I am determined not to have double knee replacement surgery when all I need to do is get the weight off of my joints. Please keep me in your prayers and thank you for any encouragement.
