Well, I joined the 30's Club a few months back and I decided then that it was time to finally make a change. I found myself doing well for a while, and then back sliding... thus the viscious cycle of my entire life. Yesterday, however, I found out that I have Type 2 Diabetes, polycystic ovaries, and a bad gallbladder... all due to being fat. With these health challenges I am now forced to make the changes that I have longed to see in myself for a while now.

I am excited to start this journey to freedom. I know that I will be happier with myself by this time next year. I have a family with children in my 5 year plan and that is worth my sweat and tears through this crazy sexy life of dieting!
