Acabo de entrar en esta app por recomendación de mi nutricionista la cual empiezo mañana 15/07/2019.
Mi objetivo? Ganar peso, masa muscular y felicidad. Lo voy a conseguir con dieta, deporte controlado y muuucho apoyo de mis amig@s, família y toda la maravillosa gent que voy a conocer por aquí.
Así que mañana empieza mi lucha y mi carrera hacia el objetvo. Me acompañas?
