Since college, my freshman 15 turned into a freshman 50! I have a terrible habit about being too lazy to cook and eat way too much fast food. I've started slowly, sticking to only diet soda (I quit smoking a couple months ago and caffeine became my new vice...Im working on it!) and making sure that when I do get fast food I order the least bad things for me. I've tried to make an effort to cook all my meals at home, not just to be healthy, but to save money. It seems like I can stick to it for a week and then always slip back into the cycle of fast fooding. My goal is not just to lose weight but to start eating more fruits and veggies and make diet changes I can keep for life.
