I am 53 years old and 5ft tall. I weigh 197 lbs. Would love to get down to 125. I have Fibromyalgia, arthritis, and Type 2 diet controlled diabetes. I have a lot of stressors in my life. I am a Christian and belong to the Lord's church. God is helping me a lot. I am having trouble getting a good exercise habit going.
