Just a college student trying to stay in shape and not overeat. It's so easy these days for me to get caught up in stress or life, and forget to take my eating habits seriously.
I want 2020 to be the year I not only reach my goal weight, but make it my regular consistent weight.
Some goals I have are:
-Eat when I'm hungry
-Stop eating when I'm full (not stuffed, and even if I still have food left)
-Start preparing for being hungry so that I don't just grab junk food
-Stop and just eat, put down the phone, turn off the TV and say "Wow, this is what I'm doing rn, just eating."
-Exercise at least a little every day
-Not compare my body to others in terms of thinness
-Eat things I want to eat, on a regular basis but stop myself from binging (have half a cookie and be happy)
-Stop body shaming and saying I'm fat, and accept that I am on my own journey.
And as a final goal of hopefully meeting all these previous ones
-Have a healthier relationship with food, my body, and myself.
