Greetings Everyone, I am 70 yrs. old and have been fighting my weight for most of my life. I feel best at 130 lbs. but after My finance' and myself broke up I have gained back a considerate amount of weight. I moved back to my home out of state and am now ready to be the best that I can be and feel like I am in control again. I trust in God's plan for my life and I am looking forward to each new day feeling not only better about myself but getting ready for my journey. I only pray that I will be able to follow this new way of eating and celebrate each lb. that I lose. We are all in this together so I am excited to go forward with this play.
