Ex farmer who was always active. Now a sales rep who has put on condition! Tried running and eating "healthy" but lost no weight. Trying to drop some belly fat and get my weight down 10kgs. Trying a lower carb diet, eating 2 meals a day in a 7-8 hr window. Trying some HIIT training as well, in and out of the gym in 20mins.
