I wish I had my soccer body back from high school ... but seeing as how I am 36 years old and not even walking around the block much less running around a soccer field that isn't going to happen. I recently gained some weight after the long cold winter and my husband being away for work for almost three months. During that time I ate a piece of apple pie and a scoop of vanilla ice cream every night and it finally caught up with me. I normally do not eat a bunch of junk/crap but I don't eat well either combine this with the fact that I do no exercise and now my stomach and thighs look horrible and don't feel that great either .... so this whole thing is making me slap-in-face accountable. I believe small steps will give me the change in lifestyle I need.
