I'm Fran from Costa Rica, all my life i have been over weight with 5 or 10 kilos (10 20 pounds), and now close my 50, i want to start with good health, i'm vegetarian about 13 months and this time have been a little hard but a great time because i'm healthier and there is no cruelty in my food.
