Im a stay at home mum to my beautiful 16 month old son, i started atkins two weeks ago after trying every other diet going since having my son, all of which worked for a while then i just seem to plateau!!
i work out every day and love running and cycle fit classes, but for some reason i cant seem to shift the last 14lbs, so here i am hopeing atkins will be the diet that works for me, wish me luck as i do to all of you out there on atkins!!
