I am a 51 year old mother of 7, wife of 25 years, and grandmother to two girls. I never struggled with my weight until I hit my 40s, when I started making very unhealthy decisions for myself and my family. Now that I am in my 50s, I just want to be in better health to make up for all the bad examples I set for my kids, and to thank my husband for sticking with me during that very difficult decade.
